Currently, discussions are going on regarding the mode in which the NEET exam will be conducted in 2025. According to an expert committee formed under the chairmanship of former ISRO Chairman Dr. K Radhakrishnan, NEET examinations should be conducted in online mode instead of pen and paper.
This expert panel has given important suggestions regarding many more changes regarding the NEET 2025 exam. Like how many attempts should be given to take the exam, outsourcing of exam centers etc.

NEET UG examination till now has always been conducted in offline mode at centers all over India and abroad, but after the results of NEET UG in the beginning of 2024, a strong demonstration of students was seen across the country on the allegations of paper leak on NTA. The change has not been officially made yet
At present, no official change has been made in the NEET UG exam mode. The Ministry of Education and Health is currently considering the decision whether to change the NEET exam to online computer-based test format or not. Many suggestions have been received for. But according to Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, the Ministry of Education and Health is considering the matter whether the medical entrance exam NEET-UG should be conducted in pen and paper format or in online format, a decision on this is expected soon. .
